Shipping Coverage

We currently ship pan-India and to select international locations. You will be notified at checkout if your location is serviceable. For international shipping assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You will be notified via email or message once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email/WhatsApp. You can use this link to check your shipment status anytime.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed using protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery and a delightful unboxing experience. Gift packaging is available upon request.

Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

In rare instances of courier delays, damaged packages, or lost shipments:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • We will follow up with the logistics partner and take necessary action.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
