1. How can I place an order?
You can browse our collection on www.vayatheweaver.com, select your desired product, choose the size, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment. Once placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or Message.
2. How do I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an email and message with your order confirmation and invoice details.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed.
4. Can I customize a product before placing an order?
Yes, certain products allow for minor customization. Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within India on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. Orders below that may carry a nominal shipping fee.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout. For custom requests, contact our support team.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?

8. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email or message once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, We accept returns or exchanges for issues like size mismatch, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivered. You must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
10. How do I return or exchange a product?
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
11. What if the replacement item is unavailable?
In such cases, we will offer you a store credit valid for 3 months or a direct refund to your bank account.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
