At Vaya the Weaver, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help you with an easy and hassle-free exchange process.

Here's how it works:

1. Exchange Window

• Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  

• Exchanges are accepted only once per order.
  
  

2. What Can Be Exchanged

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  

• Products purchased during sale, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
  
  

3. How to Request an Exchange

• Email us at vayasocials@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  

• Please mention your Order ID, a brief reason for exchange, and attach a picture of the product (if applicable).
  
  

4. Pickup and Reverse Logistics

• Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where available).
  

• In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address. Shipping charges for self-ship are not refundable.
  
  

5. Exchange Approval

• After we receive the product and complete a quality check, we will dispatch your replacement.
  

• If the replacement product is not available, we will offer you a store credit valid for 3 months or, If you prefer a refund, we will credit the refundable amount within 5 business days via direct bank transfer to the account details you provide..
  
  

6. Important Points

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  

• We do not offer direct refunds. Exchanges are made through replacement or store credit only.
  

• Vaya the Weaver reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product fails the quality inspection.
